- In August 2010, Geneviève has obtained the NAR-TRC Transnational Referral Certification
- In August 2010, Geneviève has also completed the full education and proof of International expertise to obtain the NAR-CIPS The Certified International Property Specialist designation
- Geneviève has also completed, in August 2010 the full At Home With Diversity Certification Program and has now the AHWD designation
To be certified opens new networks. Of course it is not replacing 10 years of expertise. Genevieve is working with Oversea and Canada since 2000. Coordinating multiple service providers like immigration lawyer, mortgage brokers, bankers, property managers, rental agents, ... is quite important before and during the sale process. Helping the customers after sales is also mandatory for her clients.
A multi-cuturel knowledge and multi-lingual approach are quite important too.
